In January of 2009 I was an Artist In Residence at the James Bay Community School in Victoria where I conducted 2 full days of workshops for primary aged children and their teachers.

In October of 2008 I am held an introductory papermaking workshop for Elder College at the Campbell River North Island College Campus on South Dogwood Street.

In March of 2008, I held an introductory papermaking workshop at the Homalco Reserve just south of Campbell River.

I also took a watercolor painting workshop in 2008 with Jeanne Ralston that has inspired me to explore that medium.

The Three Faces, "Faith, Healing, Light" were selected to be part of the Abbey Gallery Show "Mother, Madonna, May Queen" in Cumberland.

My work Au Naturel was recognized with a Practising Artists' Award by the Community Arts Council of Greater Victoria at the Look Victoria 2005 show held at the EC4 Gallery 4th Floor, Bay Centre in downtown Victoria January 28 to February 14, 2005.  This piece was purchased by a private collector in Victoria in January, 2006.

I was an Activity Leader for the Papermaking Table at the Children's Art Festival, Sunday, September 18, 2005 at the Art Gallery Of Greater Victoria on Moss Street.  This was the 4th year that I participated in this popular community event.

The Festival has been a huge success with over 1,000 families attending and the Papermaking Table was always one of the most popular activity centres!
